Custom-Made - fit to flare

I love this dress so much, but it's time to let someone else enjoy it for their wedding day! This was my dream dress that I had custom made by a sweet lady who used to design dresses for movie stars back in the 50s. The size is about a 2. The bra is built in. The belt shown in the pictures with model is not included, however, the pictures without model show how dress looks without. There is also two pictures showing how the bustle of the dress works/looks. There is some dirt along the bottom edge of the dress, as pictured, but it should come out easily with a dry-clean.
