Dress has never been worn before besides trying it on after it came in. The designer is Stella York. The dress is a mermaid style dress with a very long train and button down the back. the center is very fitted and a bit see through just enough...the dress is lace and tulle and has off the shoulders sleeves. The straps are also removable! They are attached by buttons this way you can take them off if you want.
